On Aug. 23, 2008, I purchased slacks. When I returned home I discovered the store had mis-sized the product. They were too big. When I returned the pants on Aug. 26, 2008, they informed me that the slacks had gone on sale and they returned the sale price, not the purchase price. I purchased the product in good faith with the understanding that they could be returned for full purchase price within a 90 day period. It seems hardly fair to do otherwise.
