I paid $45.00 to back up my hard drive. They did not back up all the data on my hard drive. When I went back to them, they told me that it was my responsibility to tell them what I wanted backed up.

They could not recover my files because it was too far back they said. When I asked them for my money back, they told me that they would not refund the money, even though they had not done the job.
