I am sending this complaint from Saudi Arabia. We are one of the user of BSNL Landline telephone past 12 years as subscribe no. is 04792319166 is allocate in Kerala circle under Veeyapuram exchange. Always we are facing problems from the begining and we are paying money without service. My parents are too old and they are not able to complaint in higher authorities. So I am kindly requesting you to do the needful as early as possible.
