rediculous i waited on the phone for 30 mins yestarday and no one picked up yet, so i called at 7:00am the next morning i'am typing this now and guess what i'm still on hold for 26 mins now un f***king beliveble!!! i'am switching banks i'm hanging up now it's been 30mins now
