I am Extremely dissatisfied with the company TECH FOR LESS. I ordered a product online that was markedly different from what I ordered. I purchased a new item with the understanding that the box would be opened. I received a used camera with a very damaged box and NO MANUAL. I returned the items but will have to pay a $ 42 restocking fee ?? I have requested the full refund from Tech For Less and I offered to pay for the shipping. They refused to change the restocking fee price. I will never use Tech for less and will tell as many people and websites and consumer outlook avenues as possible about their practices and bad merchandise.
