Is a company that sells a product called Hyperexol which is taken to reduce high blood pressure without prescription drugs.
I tried 6 bottles and had ordered another 3 but decided as it was not working for me and my only income is a small pension that I would cancel the last 3 which I did 16 April 2006 and asked for the cost to be refunded to my credit card.
I received an e-mail 24 March verifying the order cancelled.
I have been e-mailing them ever since as the money has not been credited to my card. They just reply saying they will let the billing department know.
I can't believe such unprofessional treatment . Thank goodness I did not take advantage of their guarantee that they would refund money if the product did not work.
I live in Australia so to use their phone number 1-616-988-6200 means I would have to stay awake till after midnight and pay for an international call when I am not the culpable party!!,
