Dominic DSilva of Technology 21 is the biggest lier, he and the company is all out to cheat money from the innocent people. He claimed that the company is financially stable and has invested millions on the Horse betting software. He claimed that one can make $1200 per week. He is so good in this scam that even the government cannot do anything to make him pay back the money to the victims. Surely there must be a way to make this idiot pay!!!
