I am from uk and think i have purchased an item off the internet from china that is a scam and they will not send my goods or pay my money back. The site is www.technologyol.com after i made contact with them about an item i asked them about other charges that might be added and they assured me there would only be a charge from my bank that’s all. The day after i paid for the item they contacted me saying China customs have my item and i need to pay another £140 into www.technologyol.com account before i can have it sent and if i don’t it will be destroyed. I have tried many times via email and on the online live chat to contact them on this matter and they keep ignoring me. I have reported this to the uk fraud department but was wondering if you could assist/help/advise in any way possible. I paid £330 to the sites account for the item on the 8th March.
