I ordered a wii remote controller and paid for it by paypal. They took the money, but I did not receive the goods! I emailed them and they said they had sent one so would send another one. Then I had an email saying they had none in stock till Friday. Then I received another email saying that they could not get any more from the supplier till February could they cancel the order! I said yes just return my money - No reply! So I contacted paypal and set up an dispute! On the 7th day i received an email from paypal saying that Techsava would refund me. Now I have received an email saying that paypal were unable to get any money from their account and the case is closed! During this time I have seen other complaints on the internet concerning this site!
