10 days back we got this airtel connection (phone no 0120- 4267592) in our office in A-44A, sector-16 Noida.
This is not working since past 5 days despite of our constant request to you to fix the error.

We have faced lot of business loss due to this negligence from your company. And I will take this complain to higher authorities.

Now we have applied for BSNL connection.
Please remove your connection from our office.
