I have had one of the worst experience imagine with this store. They have proved to be very deceptive to me. I paid for a bedroom set for my daughter at Christmas, did not receive it until February. When I did get it, it was damaged. There have been at least 2 tech at my home patching up what should have been a new set. A new set is not damaged and/or patched up. It becomes damaged at this point, but they expect you to still pay full price. On March 31 another delivery person came with another damage full bookcase headboard and expected me to accept that. Of course I refused, I call the supervisor over complaint department that same day and have not heard from anyone. I must take another step. Something needs to be done about this company. The District Attorney Office maybe needs to look in on what they are doing. I know there are laws to protect the consumers.
