offered a free sample of teeth whitening system for the shipping and handleing fee of $3.87. Ordered online and and approved charges for the S&H fee only to my credit/card. Recieved sample packet, but was charged an addditional $87.47 approx. 6 days later. tryed to contact no actual web address, no phone number, or address. Showed up as DazzlinSmile in Panama on my banking statement. No way to contact.
