My husband works with TekCollect. He is an honest, hardworking man with a genuine desire to help people. He takes personal interest in his clients, calling them and stopping in to see how they are doing. He has a stack of letters from happy clients, thanking him and referring him to other prospective clients. He loves hearing back from people who have been able to recoup money they thought was lost. My husband has seen that when used as they are designed to be used, the systems work very well. The clients who seem to see a lower success rate are typically clients who do not follow through with the suggested process. The unhappy people who have attempted to work as sales reps chose the wrong job. Working without a base salary is certainly not for the faint of heart. My husband is an experienced salesman. He loves meeting new people and takes pride in working hard. He loves learning new things and enjoys a challenge. My husband makes a good living we both really enjoy the flexibility of his hours. I'm sure there have been some poor employees working for this company (as there would be with any company). That doesn't mean that the company, or their process, is a scam.

I have been working for this company since February 26, 2011 as a representative and promoted to Area Manager in March 2011. Tom Schultz the owner of this company, (well actually his wife Nicole is listed as the owner since the terms of Tom's last vacation advised he could not be listed as the owner nor could he be the owner of a company after his tryst with ...well Tom you know). I closed a deal after training where I should have been paid 40% of the check I picked up from this customer in North Carolina, to date I have not been paid for this sale since the staff at TekCollect have decided one of their golden circle of people was working on this client before I got involved. Let me state here that the check I picked up at the clients place of business was never returned to the client and therefore according to the law should have been a completely different deal altogether. This other sales person re-wrote my contract with the client so TekCollect could change the deal I wrote from $22, 000.00 which was approved by three different higher management at TekCollect the week prior to this deal closing. This new deal took more money from the client and was more than double the deal I wrote. This other agent was paid on their commission as well as mine. My contention the entire time has been, since I closed the deal and picked up the check I should have and will be paid no matter how many courts I have to take these thieves to. I have had to hire an attorney to sue these people to obtain money I am rightfully due. I have dozens of emails praising me for job I did closing this deal. These same people who praised me which included Tom Schultz are now keeping my money. I have complained to the Ohio Attorney General Office, the North Carolina AG office, and the BBB in Ohio in an attempt to stop these people from perpetrating their fraud on anyone who is generally and genuinely looking for gameful employment. Tom Schultz is a liar and I can honestly state this since he promised to call me back a month ago and promised to pay me even if he had to take this out of his own pocket. "More lies". I have done nothing wrong yet my family has to endure this thievery from this company. Stealing is stealing no matter whether you use a gun or a pen. I hope anyone reading this does not fall for this scam as far as their hiring of reps and making them believe this bull shit. RUN RUN RUN, DO NOT PASS GO, in my opinion I have been scammed by these people. If you want to get screwed buy a broom handle, coat the handle with K Y jelly and stick it up your own ass, at least you will know who is screwing you!!!
