I had to cancel plans with MY CHILDREN on MOTHERS DAY to drive to another city to deliver MOTHERS DAY flowers to my own Mother... THANKS TELEFLORA!!
The flowers I ordered for my Mother were not delivered on the Friday before Mothers Day as scheduled...TELEFLORA didn't even bother to call!
The following day, I called and waited 55 minutes to reach an agent, 3 minutes with an agent that really didn't care, 10 minutes on continuous hold waiting for a supervisor and 20 minutes with the supervisor ONLY TO BE TOLD Teleflora had yet to find a florist to fulfill the order and was unable to commit to having flowers delivered to my Mother until Monday or Tuesday (AFTER MOTHERS DAY!).
The supervisor was actually snippy to me as she asked "what do you want US to do?"... (what a dumba## question...how about a phone call... geez...like there's a shortage of florist in the DFW Metroplex...absurd!)
The supervisor VOLUNTEERED to reimburse me plus advised me they would deliver the flowers most likely on Monday or Tuesday (3 DAYS LATE & ***AFTER*** MOTHERS DAY)
Get this...
This week...I received one email from Teleflora stating because they delivered the flowers (3 days late and AFTER Mothers Day)... that they would NOT be reimbursing my money as they VOLUNTEERED to do.
Then today, I received another email stating that because "I REFUSED TO STAY ON THE PHONE TO TAKE CARE OF MY ORDER" they would not be refunding my money (...really?...almost 2 hours on the phone with them isn't long enough??...)...and LOVVVVEEE this... they state they "documented that they called me...emailed me...and that *I* never responded"... (what liars!) and then signed the email with "warm wishes"...
Undependable, Untrustworthy & DISHONEST...
