I received an email for the Pedipaws so I opened it and decided to order. My first clue to this scam should have been that they have you put in your billing info before giving you a total. When the amount later showed up at the end of the ordering process- I almost fell out of my chair. It said $94.92. I immediately called the 800# and spoke to customer service rep who I could barely understand. After explaining that I was not about to pay that much for an item that was suppose to be $35.97 ( $19.99 + $15.98 s&h) so please cancel my order. He said "oh ok" and told me to call back tomorrow to confirm. (Which I did)

Well here it is a month later and I happened to check my bank account and low and behold- there is a charge for $94.92. I immediately called and spoke to another customer service rep who I could barely understand. She said I ordered 2 pedipaws and they were shipped out yesterday. I told her no I did not order 2 and even called and cancelled the order all together. She said well she couldn't do anything about it because it shipped out yesterday. She gave me a return # and said when it arrived to send it back or open package and send back one of them for a refund of the that one and that she would foward my complaint to corporate office. (Yeah right!)

After reading all the other compaints on this board- I am now afraid I will never receive a refund & the product will not work as advertised anyways.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

If anyone knows how we can stop them from ripping people off please let me know.
