I ordered the pedipaws in September, the money (37.98)was deducted from my bank account on 9-19-2008, I was suppose to get the product anywhere from 10-03 & 10- 14 of 2008, well it never got here .I called the company and was told they would expedite one out immediately and I would be getting it within a week. well that one never came either. so I called November 11, 2008 to ask for a refund and still no refund, on November 22, 2008 .so they kept the product and my money!
