I ordered two "Shoeunders" on Saturday, May 9, 2009, after seeing a TV commercial for them. It was a 'buy one, get one free' offer. Once you're on the phone, the automated ordering system asks you to purchase other items, to upgrade your order, etc. I never got an order total and read on the internet that people were overcharged. I estimated my order to be about $30. I tried to call the company at the number provided in the phone call only to be ON HOLD for 25 minutes with no on answering - only a recording saying there was a high volume of calls. I found an 800 number online and called that. Got someone right away, asked to cancel my order - which he did - and then asked for the total. Ready? $93 and change!!! I told him it was a rip-off and a scam and hung up. I did get a confirmation number for the cancellation and I also cancelled my bank card so they cannot charge me ever!
