I am an Airtel postpaid user. And I try to send SMS to the China Mobile number (0086) 187xxxxxxxx, it gets failed. And I check with China Mobile customer care, they said that it is Airtel's issue, the international SMS on 187xxxxxxx is not supported by Airtel.
