slamming (switching your long distance service without your knowledge or authorization) seems to be a part of this company's business practice...they switched my l.d. service and after i asked for the "authorization" playback, it was cutout and obviously fraudulent way to get business. i'm reporting them to the FCC (or CPUC in California) in hopes they can get this company out of business!! saw a similar comment on this website about this, so i know this is not isolated event
