We received a bill for long distance services provided by Teleuno, Inc. This is the first time we've heard of or dealt with this company. We currently have all of our local and long distance provided by Cox Communications, which they confirmed is only handled by them. When I spoke with Teleuno, Inc, they said that we setup a long distance account with them on 7/7/09. This was false information. When digging deeper, they said that the account was setup by an Anny Mesa from our company, a fictitious name. They said they can provide the recording of the order request within 24 hours. I have called every day and it has not been over a week. When I spoke with a supervisor named Gustavo x1229 (1-800-240-1109), he said that the recording is handled by a third party company and they are not able to get it. This was a very large bill, and in our large company this would've likely been paid and not thought of twice. However, our strict auditing guidelines caught this scam and we are now reporting it to the FCC. Anybody who gets a bill from this company should report it on this site and the FCC as well.
