This agency did not disclose penalties and costs relating to airline ticket name changes. A name had to be changed on an airline ticket and the penalty was 100% of the ticket cost. We had to purchase a new ticket. This was not disclosed to us anywhere before purchasing the vacation package. This Travel Agency was taken to small claims court because they refused to reimburse any costs. The State of California has an act called the "Sellers of Travel Act" which states that any disclosures be in writing and signed by both parties. The Travel Agent stated, in court, that she did not disclose any costs or penalties and that it was common knowledge industry wide. The judge didn't thnk the same way and sided with the Sellers of Travel Act, and me. Stay away from this agency and take your business elsewhere.
