This company installed our brand new air conditionor wrong making the compressor go out prematurely, it lasted only 3 summers. They refuse to stand behind their work past the 2 year warranty, which is not even long enough considering the cost of air conditioning repair. They wanted over $1300 for compressor repair and said there's no way to prove that the failure was caused by anything they did or did not do, even though a brand new air conditioner lasting a mere 3 years would lead anyone with half a brain to know the unit should last longer than that.
