I would like to advise the public not to use the services of Tender Dental and Tender Oral Surgery. I had oral surgery and did not receive adequate pain management, and when I had problems they would not let me come in to see the doctor. Nor do they return calls or allow you to speak to the doctor on the phone. I was billed in advance and am contesting the charge. I complained to the BBB, as well. I had to go to the ER and find another dentist to correct the problems I experienced. I had a dry socket for which they refused to see me, despite advertising that they offer same-day and emergency appointments. Once they take your money, they hang you out to dry. Their employees are rude and unprofessional.
