I contacted the company and sent previous transcription results frommy school as they had requested in 2007.
In 2008, I sent their transcription notes from their web site.
I was told when I transcribed without error, I could train with them. I asked what I'd done in error and no answer came back to me.

I was told they would contact me about re-training for their jobs. I "chatted" with someone on line, but was never given the contact for re-training that they said they would do.

This was over three weeks ago; no answers
