Mr. Spencer received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Utah State University. Mr. Spencer served as a Senator in the Utah State Senate, serving on the Justice Committee. Mr. Spencer has extensive background experience in family law, real estate law, criminal law and general civil law cases.
