I placed an online order with Terry's Village for a few halloween decorations, they were purchased to put into a Halloween Basket for my sisters bridal shower. I paid MORE for shipping than I did for for products, because I needed them asap. They should have been delivered within 2 business days, and a week later I still hadn't received them. When i tried to call the company, I was hung up on twice. I finally got through to a manager, who assured me that my shipment was going to be Fed-Ex to me, at no charge overnight, and that i'd receive email comfirmation that it was shipped out. The email never came. When i called the company to find out why, the operator on the phone told me that I was the FIFTH call he'd received in an hour about products not being shipped, and that in fact my order wasnt shipped out like I was assured it would be.

I've never dealt with such an irresponsible company, and i wouldn't reccomend ANYONE EVERRRRR ordering from them.
