They do not return emails or phone calls and the reason is because most human beings cannot tell you a book was in poor quality when it was virtually brand new and acknowledge the fact that they stole from you and still sleep at night. Well, maybe alot of people could do that but considering this is the way they conduct business at large I'm sure the company has a looming atmosphere of guilt and it's infused down to the bones of the hourly customer service agents and they are trained appropriately for the corruption they carry-out.
