We received an addition charge of 9.99 on one of our cell phones on our family plan. We immediately called Sprint to report. They advised my 14 yo must have accepted the charge. We would have to contact the company itself. We then contacted TextPlansite.com and requested to cancel whatever it was they were charging us for. We received a message on the phone confirming cancellation. I just received my Sprint bill, and still have this charge for premium services at the TextPlansite.com Alerts. We do no want this service and they have ignored our requests to cancel. 3 months charges to date at $9.99
