Terrible company and terrible product

I bought the pc game "Murder in the Abbey, " and although my computer met the requirements, the game WOULD NOT PLAY. I took it back to the store and exchanged it for another, with the same (non)results. By this time, the store's 30-day return policy had expired, so I took my complaint directly to The Adventure Company. There was no response AT ALL, so I sent another email, then another. No one at The Adventure Company has ever tried to rectify the situation, or even acknowledged my messages. This is a terrible company, and a terrible product.

Piece of junk

I bought a copy of the game "Murder in the Abbey." Although my computer met the requirements, the game would not play. I returned to the store and exchanged it for another copy. It still would not play, and by this time, Best Buy's 30 day return policy had passed deadline, so I couldn't get my money back for this piece of junk. I sent The Adventure Company several emails regarding this experience and the company never replied at all. I will never buy a game from them again, and I urge others to boycott them as well.
