Car Quality/ Customer Service
I purchased a vechicle from them in October of 2010, when I got it the car seemed to be a perfectly running vehicle until January hit and the engine blew. I took the car to them but it wasnt covered because I was over the mileage so my grand total was 3500 to fix the car plus the 13000 I still owed on it. In the end its bullshit so make sure when and if you decide to get a car there get it thoroughly inspected elsewhere, because if they would have inspected my car as they claimed I wouldnt have overheated the first day because it had no anti-freeze and they would have know the oil pump was bad which was the cause of my engine failure. Unfortunately no sighns were shown and I guess Im just #shitouttaluck

Scam
I've heard many stories of used car dealers being untruthful etc, but the dealer at the Newport News, VA The Auto Connection takes the cake. He tried selling me a used 2004 Chevy Cavalier with 75, 000 miles for nearly $11, 000 which is absurd, being that the car was only $14, 000 brand spanking new. It's 7 years old now and has 75, 000 miles! The blue book and NADA value of them same car retail is about $5, 000 to $6, 000 less than what they were asking. And yes that is retail, not private party. So unless you want to pay way more than the car is worth, Do Not go to The Auto Connection in Newport News, VA... or probably any of them for that matter.
