I signed up with The Balanced Legal Group because they promised me they would renegotiate my loan and get the monthly payment down about $500 per month. I have paid them the full amount of $2450, which is their fee. They have done close to nothing to fulfill their contractual promise. Approximately 6 months have gone by and my house is now in foreclosure. Dealing with them has been a circus. All of the original personnel that were my contacts are no longer with the company. The current ghost contacts I have don't respond unless I make threats of legal action. As an experiment I sent a "New Customer" request through their website, (pretending I was a potential New Customer interested in their services), and BINGO I got a call that night. This is like robbing a bank. This is stealing money, a large amount of money. Please anyone with similar experience please contact me. They can't get away with this. I am taking action and want to join with others, so we can stopped this crime and get our money back. The perpetrators of this scam/crime must be stopped and punished.
