This is a website that gives diet and health advice from Oprah Winfrey's nutrition guru, Bob Greene. It costs $19.95 a month but allows a free ten day trial with refund. I purchased, saw the product and was not impressed. I followed the instructions to get a refund which involved calling an 800 number. I have called a dozen times. And each time a recording tells me that all agents are busy and that rather "than keep you awaiting, " they are hanging up.
This is after a wait of less than a minute.
There is something fishy here.
