I ordered 5 bras online. I received an email from the company telling me that they had received my order and that the bras would be shipped after my credit card was charged. After a few days I received an email from the credit card company saying the bras had been paid for. After about 4 weeks of waiting for delivery I decided to email and ask if the bras had been shipped. Nothing. After 6 emails to customer service I never received a response. The web site has no phone number listed or any other way to communicate with them other than their customer service email address. I contacted my credit card company to start the reversal of charges and of course 2 days later the bras arrived. It took about 6 weeks. Their web site says it takes about 5 days.

I'll never order from them again that's for sure.
