i received a call from a company saying that that could offer me a gold prepaid visa. And in return for there service i would recieve unlimited long distance and personal vioce service. I told the young man that i spoke with that I did not wont the service and to remove me from there call list. Well they still are charging me for the service I called to speak with a young lady by the name of Jennifer and she was being rude I asked to speak to her supervisor and she informed me that she was the manerger of the office. She offered to cancel the service and told me she would send a dispute form and when I send it back they would listen to the recored call and see if they would concerned refunding me my money that was charged. I have unlimted long didtance on my home phone and would under no cercumstance order this service and would like to know what I can do to be refunded company # is 1-800-997-9656 cant seem to find any more information on them
