I am sick of all these businesses offering bundle packages, like Verizon. They told me I could get their bundle package for $117.00 per month. This bundle consisted of tv, internet and telephone service. My 1 st bill was $78.16. The bill I got this month was $199.00, that is a far cry from $117.00. I have tried to call them and either all I get is automated voice or everyone just passes the buck on to someone else. When you get finished you don't know anymore than when you started. They all tell you the same thing, please hold on ant the next person will be able to explain the problem to you. Well I discovered I had just wasted my time. I am ready to contact the consumer protection agency. Everyone who has a complaint with them should contact the consumer protection agency.
