This is an update to a complaint registered in March of 2008, the company, thecarouselking of bali Indonesia, part of PT Bali Invest Mitra Abadi Group has finally contacted me after over a year. Their excuse was that they have tried to contact me many times during the course of 2005. Funny neither my email address or real address has changed in the last year. They sent me a threating email saying that if I did not remove my complaints from this site that they would not send my horses or a refund. To date, no horses, no refund. The person heading up this company is a Jasmine, male or female, I don't know. In other words, they are holding my horses and refund hostage till I stop complaining. Their web site is certainely impressive but please don't send these people cash, bank transfer, or western union, you will never see your money again. This Jasmine, emailed me that her Board is not happy with my complaints, so complaints.com must be doing something right. I have received numerous emails from other people that have had the same problems with this company. PLEASE avoid this company.
