A trouser belonging to a suit was handed in for dry cleaning, to remove a stain from tomato sauce. Upon collection, the stain has not been removed so they send it in again. The second time upon collection, the stain is still there, but this time there is a hole in the fabric. I request for them to acknowledge there is a hole which the attendant recongnizes. After she speaks to the store owner, she no longer recognizes there is a hole. They send the trouser for examination and when I receive it back after 3 weeks they acknowledge the stain is still there but no hole. I refuse to take delivery of the trouser as it is now beyond repair and the suit can't be used in its entirety. I would not have minded if they failed to remove the stain as realize that can happen but the fact they do not recongnize the hole and the damage caused, is unacceptable.
