I like others have had my bad experience with 1and1.com they are in fact totally unprofessional and unresponsive to charges they have made to my account since canceling my services I did however try to retain some domain names with their company but found out they where still charging me for ADDONs that i was told I should have known to request that those be turned off as well. How was I suppose to know that I just told them I wanted to cancel everything except the domains well I have been receiving billing $30 charges and this month charged 49 for an SEO certificate that was automatically updated without my approval and will not be refunded even though I canceled the account they are totally unprofessional and are scamming there customers.
