The Custom Shoppe Cabinet Company doesn't stand by their work! They claim that they take so much pride in their custom cabinets! Not true! Their president, Mr. Mike Smith will not even respond to a certified letter that was sent to him.
After I paid thousands of dollars for four custom made cabinet units, I was mortified to learn that they weren't completely finished when they were delivered. I called the company and store where I ordered them. The store is Carl Harz Furniture, 424 Broad Street, Elmer, NJ 08318. Their # is 856-358-7241. They told me that they might be able to do something at MY expense!!
I also spoke to the secretary at the Custom Shoppe. Her name is Kelly and she was no help! She claims that this is how they make their cabinets! Half finished!
As a customer, no one ever told me that they wouldn't be completely finished! I paid thousands of dollars!
