These people ripped me off as well for a $600 digital camcorder. I see the list is growing and overflowing of the people they have defrauded. This company charged my credit card immediately, then told me the item was out of stock. After multiple emails and phone calls (to a number that was constantly busy) and promises that the item would be shipped in 10 days (I heard THAT line 4 different times), I received NO merchandise. When I called to cancel the order, they said I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee (on merchandise I never received?...yeah RIGHT). These people should be found, hauled into Federal court and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Tim McVeigh gets the death penalty...so should companies that are found guilty of intentionally defrauding the public.
