This company sooooooooo screwed me! Nov. 16th my machanic called to make claim, Eagle told them to start tear down on my engine and get a new one. Dec.11th my machanic called them to tell them that he had the new engne and he was preping it to put in the van. Dec. 15th my machanic called The Eagle Warranty corp. wetn bankrupt!!! Now doing some homewok, I found out that Eagle filed for bankrupcy Aug. 2009. If so, how can they still keep collecting claims and not telling noone that they were going down under? Now my van is in a million pieces and I need $2, 900 to get my van fixed and returned. With raising 7 kids there is no way that is happening & my machanic wont take payments off me. So now what? I called Better Business, Attourney Generals & Fedreal Trade Commission.
