I have called the "Era Banner" to speak to someone with knowledge about paper routes and cancelations and the receptionist was un coperartive and would not give me a direct answer or give me a time other employees in that department would be in to speak to. She was ignorant and had no means of helping me, nor when i called a month ago and gave all my info. I can speak for everyone "we just wanna read the damn paper!" what do i seriously have to do to get through to these people??? IF I DONT HAVE THE BLOODY PAPER TUESDAY MORNING THAT RECEPTIONIST BETTER BE OUT A JOB!!!
