I bought 2 watches from this company, they stated that were exactly to what the picture showed. It came the case that it was not true. Each watch cost +100 each and when I got them at home there was an invoice stating that they were 30$ a piece and the product I got was not even close to what I had expected. I immediately called their call center and requested a refund and instructions to returning the items. The operator said that I would get an email with these instructions in the next 24 to 48 hours. I then got an email saying the same thing. I waited the 48 hours and since I had not received the instructions I called again and an operator told me that he could noyt do anything but put another note in my return request and if I wanted then she said you should reply to the email that they send you and also tell them what I had just told her of my disatisfaction with the service. I did exactly what she said and emailed my complaint to the same address that had send me the wait 48 hour response. It has been a week since this and numerous calls later I have not gotten the answer or instructions of how to return the items. Therefore, I'm stuck with 2 watches that I really don't like and no company that would tell me how to return them and get my money back.
