I ordered the free sample and paid for shipping for 7 dollars. I even called an cancelled letting them know I don't want futher shippments. Guess what? They shipped my 62.65 worth of the FRS stuff. I call the number again. They tell me they will accept the return, give me a RMA number, but now I have to pay for the return. The customer service "professional" doesn't see that it was their fault. He just says that he is following policy. I ask for a supervisor (don't think he really was one). He basically says that since it isn't in the system, it didn't happen. I told them I gave my name and address and told them to cancel it. He said that isn't enough info to cancel anything. What????
He gives me his name and even coughs up the name of the VP of Marketing - Simon Good. I said is there anyone else and can i have the corporate phone number. Wouldn't give that out. Funny enouph, the FRS web site doesn't have the guts to put the corporate info on it either. Sham.
So i google FRS and I find the corporate infor (see http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=11866542)
I called the number listed. No answer, no acknolage that it is FRS. Could it be this is a scam. Why hasn't the govn't looked into this?
