We recently moved out of our apartment at the Gardens at Polaris in Ohio. Of all the charges they sent us, they also charged us for the stove replacement. that is ridiculous.. that they do not consider any wear and tear of the stove ... and basically since they are replacing the stove they are charging us the whole amount... so what is the use of having it for rent, we could have just bought our own stove and used it for the 2 yrs we lived there and when moving out we give their stove back same as the shape we got it initially... I think there is a way to stop this company to charge us like this- does anyone know? please let me know...
