I ordered a xb600 extreme electric scooter from the go store in Ohio It came from Alpha products in Iowa. This should have told me something!!! I had the scooter 1 1/2 months not to say it was not delivered on the date I asked and no tracking number. I sat at home for days wondering when it would get here . The seat broke I ordered a replacement .Waiter a nother month and a half. They lost the order by this time the rear wheel motor went out. The sent the wrong one to replace .Not once not twice but three times. They said they'd warranty it, I dont need to tell you what happened.to make a long story short, stay away from these crooks .They dont answer emails, telephones etc.I am still going through the Better business board in Ohio and Iowa. My next step is the small claims court. I missed the summer of fun riding and six months later still nothing. I ordered this because Im disabled and it would help me get around and save money because I cant work any more Its only caused me to have transportation problems and headaches .
