This company had me on the phone, and I ordered a trial DVD which cost 1.98 for shipping and handling. I was told nothing else would be charged to my account, that I only had to pay the shipping cost of the cd to see if I was interested. Now I have a $69.98 charge on my account. I phoned them and initially spoke to Kris Myers, who spoke little English, where she said I agreed to it in small print on the website when I ordered. She then passed me to Koreen Anderson, who also spoke broken English, and said she could not give me the name of the General Manager, only the supervisor Joe Guidose. She said they could not give me direct phone numbers or extension to the managers. If I had a complaint she would give me a fax number to fax it to. She said the 69.98 Would NOT be refunded. I AM FILING A CIVIL LAW SUIT IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO JOIN ME! MY EMAIL IS [email protected]. Any suggestions for good attorney in Utah would be appreciated.
