Clothes are being destroyed. My residence is in Wayne, NJ. I have a house and usually wash my clothes at home. I have a contract work at Watertown, MA and rent an apartment at Medford. There is no launderer neither in the apartment and in the building and that is why I needed to find an outside place.
I used this company twice. I did not wash clothes myself but used the full service they were provided. The first time I noticed that some of the clothes shrink a little and thought it was just my psychological impression.

Second time around I warned the worker that something was wrong but was assured that it was just my feeling. When I looked to my soaks after the second “service” I could not believe my eyes – they shrink more then two times. It was even smaller then my 11 years old daughter. Any attempt to put them on failed. Some other clothes shrink significantly too, but not as severe as soaks.

When there I showed the soaks the same worker I warned last time, but she said that it was no such complaint before and categorically denied the case. She called then her father and I spoke to him and probably his wife – the owner of that place. They insisted they did nothing wrong I did not offer neither apology nor money back. Extremely frustrated I left the place.

I hope that this complaint will be effective and other people will benefit from this.
