Long story short this company is a BIG SCAM. They offer to modify your loan. They only want your money, and once they have it then do nothing for the $2995.00 . These evil people charge you at front fees, once they received your money and paperwork they will leave you in the dark to wonder what is happening with your case and each time you call you will get a voice mail, they won't return your calls.
