When I open the materials I found them to be to basic for me. I called within the 3 days but was told that I should continue review the materials. I offered to drop them off in person. I was told not to since they would take the return at another location. I still will return in person if this is not resolved. Mr Scheel had told about 500 attendees that any one who has his initials on the order form will have 60 day return period to review the materials. I have his initials. Mr. Scheel and the Learning Annex should do the honerable thing and make good on their guarantee. I have found similar complaints against Scott Scheel and the Learning Annex in New York and other cities. Eventually, a full blown investigation will be conducted about what was actually said and promised. I expect a refund in several days or I will take this to the next level. Very Sincerely Yours...
